The Parish of St John Boste raised £1,796 last year towards the work of Missio in helping to share the love and compassion of Jesus with the world. This is an excellent result.

Would all Red Box holders at St. Catherine’s please bring their boxes to church, on Sunday 22/29 June. We will collect, empty the boxes and return to the Narthex. With many thanks for your continuing support.

According to a local newspaper report of 1950, St Catherine's was opened on 11th June 1850. This means that on Wednesday last week, the church was 175 years old (and still going strong, deo gratias). The whole school was in church for Mass last Wednesday morning which was most fitting.

THANK YOU to everyone who joined us on Sunday for the BBQ in aid of the Neo-Natal Unit in Monze. We had a great day and the dreaded rain kept off! Thanks to the Blue Jam Street Beats who made the lunch into a very enjoyable and fun afternoon. We raised £895.96!
