REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY – next Sunday 10 November the 10.30am Mass will be a Requiem Mass for those who have died in the World Wars and more recent conflicts.

‘We will remember them’.

DETAILS OF REMEMBRANCE DAY SERVICES:

Appleby: Ecumenical Service in St. Lawrence's 10.45a.m. for 11a.m. Everybody welcome.

Kirkby Stephen: Hosted by the Parish Church & organised by Churches Together, the service starts at 10.15am in the church before gathering in the Market Square shortly before 11am.

Alston: Ecumenical Service in St. Augustine’s at 10.45am, ending with procession to Alston War Memorial for the laying of wreaths.

Penrith: Civic Remembrance Service St Andrew’s 2:30pm. Parade from Portland Place 2pm
